I have no idea where this spread came from originally.  It was posted in a yahoo group I was in a long time ago.

(Layout is a zigzag with 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 on the same line.  10 is above 9 while 8 is below.  2 and 5 are on the same line as 8 just below the spaces of the previous line…since WordPress format keeps messing with my layout attempts.  3 & 4; 6 &7; and 8-10 are read together)
