recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Description: “A mouth watering,  zesty, creamy dip inspired by buffalo wings”
Serving Ideas: Serve with assorted breads, crackers and veggies. Or on an open-face bun.
NOTES: Original recipe from Campbell’s Kitchen

8 ounces cream cheese — softened
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese — grated
26 ounces canned chicken — drained

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Two different cooking directions:

  1. Crockpot: add mixture to small crockpot. Heat until bubbly and serve.
  2. Oven: put mixture in an oven safe dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve.
