Full Moon Guidance Reading

December 21, 2010

Tonight is the full moon.  I chose, as part of my observance of it, to do a spiritual guidance reading with Hekate’s deck.

2 3 4 5 6 7 8

1

1) Focus:  5 of Swords – Your focus on your failures has generated an unwillingness to keep trying. When you are too ready to swing a hammer, everything starts looking like a nail.

2) Desire:  7W – You want clear cut guidance.  You are too busy defending your inner child to receive guidance clearly.

3) Problem:  4C – You feel dissatisfied because nothing seems to work as you think it should.  Pay attention to the positive.

4) Guidance:  9C – There are no true failures in this, just some techniques that work better than others.  Do not judge yourself by them.  Anything is possible.  Anticipate Joy.

5) Best Course:  7C – Be thankful.  Avoid negative thoughts.

6) Do this:  High Priestess – Visualize your desired result.  Act as if your result is reality. Confidence wins the day.

7) Future Guidance:  Lovers – events do not have to go as you would wish to have a beneficial result. Trust in me.

8 ) Outcome:  Wheel of Fortune – things will change with a new direction.  Watch for it.

Q = 48 = 12 – Hanged Man – an issue of trust and belief.

    Mmm, great reading; I’m going to give that one a whirl tonight. And I am WRITING DOWN your interps of the 5/S and 7/W – genius! There are some cards I always struggle with, those being 2 of them. She gave me the 7/C yesterday too 🙂 (Which deck is Hers, if you don’t mind sharing? I use the World Spirit, but She seems to like the Sun and Moon as well.)

      For this spread, I use “Tarot made Easy” by Nancy Garen. Each card has headings for focus, outcome, Special Guidance, etc. So if it wasn’t in italics, it came from the book (which is where this spread originated).

      The deck that is dedicated to Hekate is “Circle of Life”.

      I struggle with Judgement and Justice. The just seem like the same card to me. Oh and with the court cards.
